Xin Henry Zhang

Xin (Henry) Zhang is an Associate Professor in Statistics at the Florida State University. He received his B.S. degree in Applied Physics from University of Science and Technology of China in 2008, and his Ph.D. degree in Statistics from University of Minnesota in 2014 (advised by Professor R. Dennis Cook).

His current research interests include tensor analysis, multivariate and computational statistics, medical imaging, dimension reduction and envelope models. He received the Outstanding Young Researcher Award from the International Chinese Statistical Association in 2020. He received the 2021 Developing Scholar Award, the honorary recognition program at FSU to identify, recognize and honor future research leaders currently at the rank of Associate Professor. He is currently serving as Associate Editor of Biometrics.
